Shipping, Returns & Privacy
Turn around on orders is 3-5 days. Items are shipped via USPS.
10 - 14 business days according to past customers but sometimes a few weeks longer depending on your location. YOU MAY BE ASSESSED CUSTOMS FEES or VAT FEES. These are assessed by your country, and have nothing to do with the cost of shipping. I have no way of knowing if your item will be taxed. These are the buyers responsibility. These fees cannot be collected at the time of purchase or prepaid.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, VAT, customs duties, handling/brokering fees or other amounts that may be levied by your home country for importing. Check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Our government requires a customs declaration of value form on all parcels leaving The United States. Legally, I cannot declare any items you purchase as a gift.

Basically, if I make a mistake, such as a misspelling, I will gladly replace your cover at no cost to you. However, I need to know something is wrong to fix it. Please let me know if there is a problem. Let me SHOW you that I stand behind my products.
If the error is due to the customer misspelling, incorrect date given, information left off, ordered incorrectly contact me, I will try my best to work with you.
If it is the postal services fault, a claim with the USPS 7 days after expected arrival will be filed and refund accordingly after they research the package and make a determination of the items whereabouts.
Customer Personal information is not saved, shared or sold to third parties. Your personal information is used only for the production of your order. No information is saved for any purpose other than bookkeeping and order history.
